How long will my order take to ship?
In-stock audio and electronics usually ship within 1–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order parts — speaker lids, body pieces, LED kits, and the like — typically take 5–7 business days or more depending on the build. If anything affects your lead time, we’ll reach out.
What if my order arrives damaged or goes missing?
Look everything over as soon as it arrives. If a package shows up damaged, or tracking says delivered and it’s nowhere to be found, contact us right away (within 5 days of delivery) with your order number and a few photos, and we’ll make it right.
What is your return policy?
Unused items in original, undamaged packaging can be returned within 30 days. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee, and custom, made-to-order, and electrical items may not be eligible for return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Reach out before sending anything back and we’ll walk you through it.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer lease-to-own financing through Acima and Snap Finance, with fast approvals and options for a wide range of credit situations. Visit our Financing page to apply or learn more.
